Expressions of Interest are invited for a proponent to manage and operate the kiosk within the Lelka Murrin Building at 1 Mission Road Gununa, which also includes a second kiosk outlet within the Airport Terminal.
The Kiosk is to provide a takeaway food outlet service for the Mornington Island community which should meet the needs of locals, contractors, Tourists and employees working on the Island.
The successful Proponent will provide a food and beverage outlet (from the kiosk on Mission Road) open for business at a minimum of Mondays through to Fridays, between 0700-1400 hours. The Airport Terminal kiosk opening hours should be in line with the weekly flight schedules.
Interested parties must consider employment of staff from the local community and have previous experience working in remote indigenous communities or with indigenous culture.
