RFT – MSC_2025_001 – Forward Remote Capital Program – Construct only of 4 new homes

Mornington Shire Council is inviting tenders from the Residential Construction Industry to bid for the construct only of four (4) new homes on a single allotment in the Gununa township, Mornington Island. This tender opportunity entails a fixed lump sum arrangement. Qualified and experienced contractors are encouraged to apply.
