Executive TEAM

Mornington Shire Council is a remove, community-focused, local government organisation.

It is our primary aim to work with the constituents and stakeholders of our region to deliver high quality, culturally appropriate services that meet the needs of our diverse community. This work is driven by our Executive Leadership Team.

The Executive Leadership Team is made up of the Chief Executive Office and Directors.

Its role is to provide advice to Council and is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the day-to-day management of Council's service delivery across the Shire. This includes the facilitation and implementation of major projects, and guiding Council's strategic direction and long-term planning.
