Mornington Shire Council is proud to support local not for profit community groups, individuals and teams looking for financial assistance to aid with community activities, festivals and events or State/National achievements and sporting competitions.
Our Council grant program provides funding to not-for-profit organisations that are supporting self-sustainable activities and events, and individual and team sporting achievements.
Council’s aim is to support a variety of not for profit organisations and individuals and activities throughout the Shire and offer financial assistance or sponsorship in the following categories on a case by case basis:

Applications for support can be made at any time. Complete the online application form, and be sure to provide as much detail, quotes/budgets, and confirmation/selection information as possible.
Once we’ve received your application we will review it and either request more information or get back to you with an outcome.
