Mornington Shire Council has a number of Major Constructions in early 2023 and will be required to accommodate a large number of contractors. At present, Council is experiencing a shortage of accommodation and is seeking additional accommodation for lease for approximately six months.
Council invites community organisations/departments/individuals to participate in this Expression of Interest process to lease to Mornington Shire Council, suitable accommodation that meets all Australian Standard Requirements. If necessary, Council may negotiate any type of improvement work, needed to the dwellings to meet the Australian Standards.
How to lodge a proposal
Your Expression of Interest submission should include:
- The type of accomodation you have available for lease.
- The length of term that Council can lease it for and availability.
- Location of dwelling.
- Size of dwelling and its features.
- Contact details.
To make an offer, a form will be provided by the Council where you can fill it out and place it in a box provided in the Mornington Shire Council office at 1 Mission Road, Gununa.
