Mornington Shire Council recently welcomed Minister for Local Government and Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Partnerships, The Honourable Mark Furner, MorningtonIsland Ministerial Champion Jennifer Howard and Local Member of Parliament Robbie Katter to our pristine country land.
It’s just outstanding to have various governments working together; visiting and taking the time to listen/discuss ways forward with families and organisations in the community, one of Australia’s most remote regions in the Gulf.
